ONLINE RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY.
Damaged, Short or Non-Delivered Goods.
Please advise any orders that are short delivered or damaged within 7 days. This must be made in writing to sales@hedleyandellis.com stating your order confirmation number. Failure to do so may invalidate any subsequent claim.
Please notify us in writing of any non-delivered orders within 7 days of the the advised delivery date.
Faulty Goods.
Products that are found to be faulty must be returned as soon as possible after the fault is first discovered. Please contact us in writing within the applicable warranty period.
All returns should be made in accordance to our Return procedure below.
We will offer a replacement, repair, credit or refund for products returned within the warranty period.
Non-Faulty goods.
We will offer a 30 day goods return period of any orders made online for either an exchange, credit or refund.
Products must be unused and returned complete in their original packaging along with any instructions and in a resalable condition.
Any returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your returns number from us. They must be packaged well to avoid damage in transit and clearly show our returns number. Failure to do so may result in a delay or reduction of the credit or refund provided.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving goods for consumers and 30 days for business customers.
Online Returns Procedure.
A returns number/note will be provided which must be sent back with the goods. The returns number must be clearly visible.
Any returns without a returns number/note can not be processed.
Your returns note will advise which branch the goods need to be returned to. Any goods returned to the incorrect branch may result in a delay in processing the return.
